Everything Veggie Shrimp pasta! : creamy, lightweight and perfect for summer!

Creamy, lightweight, heavy on veggies and so delicious!

All ingredients from Aldi!

-frozen shrimp of choice

-frozen bag of assorted mixed veggies (can also use fresh veggies!)

-linguine noodles

-butter

-garlic salt:pepper: touch of old bay seasoning (can also use the citrus seafood blend from Aldi if you don’t have old bay)

-lemon juice

Spinach

-half and half or heavy whipping cream

-cheese of choice for your sauce/ I mixed in prmesean and shredded Gouda!

-chicken or beef stock

Seems like a lot more ingredients then It really is!

•boil noodles in a spectate pot

•In a large cooking pan/pot add veggies/ frozen or freah. Cook with your stock of choice and butter. Add in seasonings. slowly add in half in half or cream as veggies cook, then slowly add cheeses in as you are stirring! Be sure to keep stirring so the cheeses blend into the sauce thickening it rather than getting stringy and clumping together!

•add noodles in and a touch of the noodle water!

•plate and top with desired cheese if wanted!

This meal is super quick and easy and so good for summer when you are still craving pasta carbs! 🤪
